Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase at intipangan.com. We are committed to providing high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request an exchange under the following terms and conditions.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us promptly at admin@intipangan.com or via WhatsApp at +62 878-5846-0680, and include details of the product and the nature of the defect. Once the returned product is received, our team will carefully inspect it and notify you via email or WhatsApp within a reasonable time frame regarding your eligibility for a replacement. If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions

Certain items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including sale or discounted items, and products damaged due to shipping or logistics.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by the customer. PT Inti Pangan Ekatama is not responsible for any loss or damage to items during return transit, and we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package. Any refund or replacement value does not include the cost of shipping.
